Tell me what you are building and what is going wrong with it. I read every brief myself. Usually replies within one business day.

What to put in the first message

Four things, and the reply stops being a round of questions and starts being useful. None of it has to be tidy.

  • What the product does, and who pays for it.
  • Where it is: an idea, a first build, or something with users already.
  • The problem you would point at if I opened it right now.
  • When you need it, and roughly what you have set aside.

Email is the fastest route.
