At Broadcom’s CloudSOC (formerly Symantec), I redesigned core features of the CASB platform to improve usability and drive user retention. Leading a major UI revamp, I applied Symantec’s design system and PrimeNG components to create a cohesive, high-performance interface. Through design sprints, A/B testing, and user interviews, I validated decisions and ensured the product aligned with both business and user needs. I also collaborated with developers, translating high-fidelity designs into clean, responsive markup with Angular, SCSS, and TailwindCSS—resulting in faster performance and a seamless user experience across the platform.
