What I Did:
Worked on a project to redesign core areas of the PureVPN product and marketing site.
The subscription flow was confusing, and seasonal campaigns like Black Friday were underperforming due to poor UX and slow page load times.
The product had two major problems:
Complex subscription and renewal flows that caused drop-offs during checkout.
Landing pages and banners for campaigns weren’t optimized for performance or conversions.
How I Resolved It:
Redesigned the subscription journey, including plan selection, upsell, and renewal to simplify decisions and reduce friction.
Collaborated with the marketing team to design and develop responsive, high-converting landing pages and banners for campaigns like BFCM.
Identified and fixed markup issues that impacted Core Web Vitals, improving load speed and usability.
Built reusable components in Figma and aligned all screens with PureVPN’s design system.
