Worked on the Starlink Employee Hub to design a new mobile HR platform from scratch. The goal was to help employees access services, track requests, and stay informed, all through a clean, unified, mobile-first interface.

• Led the entire design process from initial discovery and wireframing to final UI delivery.

• Conducted stakeholder interviews, mapped employee journeys, and defined core use cases across all eight app modules.

• Built a scalable design system in Figma with reusable components for a consistent mobile experience.

• Created intuitive flows for high-stakes features like residence permit renewal, access card requests, and real-time request tracking.

• Designed a role-based experience that adapts the interface dynamically for Employees, Managers, and Administrators.

• Worked closely with the development team to ensure accurate, handoff-ready design specs.
