PakLaunch is a global startup community platform that connects entrepreneurs, investors, and professionals. The goal was to redesign and scale its digital experience by improving usability, enhancing onboarding, and introducing community-driven features—all while maintaining brand consistency and responsiveness across devices.

What I Did:
I led the product design process from discovery to delivery—starting with competitive research and client workshops to define goals and align on vision. I redesigned the user registration flow, integrated tiered pricing and document uploads, and addressed UX issues across the platform. I also developed a modular design system in Figma to ensure consistency and faster iteration, and supported the creation of new features like messaging, event registration, and exclusive community access. Low and high-fidelity prototypes were used to test, validate, and communicate design decisions effectively.

The Challenge:
PakLaunch needed a more intuitive and scalable design to support its rapidly growing user base. The existing platform struggled with onboarding complexity, inconsistent UI patterns, and limited community interaction. The challenge was to fix these UX pain points while introducing new features—like tiered access, event registration, and messaging—without overwhelming users or compromising performance across devices.

The redesign simplified onboarding, improved accessibility, and boosted user engagement across key flows. By introducing scalable systems and user-centric features, the platform became easier to use and better equipped to support its growing global community of startups and professionals.
