What I Did:
Worked on a project to revamp the Techwards marketing website as part of a strategic push to increase lead generation and online visibility. The existing site lacked structure, had underperforming design components, and offered limited analytics visibility—making it difficult for the marketing team to understand what was working.
The website had two major problems:
Poorly designed and inconsistent UI components reduced user engagement and brand perception.
No integrated analytics setup, making it impossible to track performance or optimize marketing funnels.
How I Resolved It:
Led the entire design phase, creating custom components and templates using Figma, optimized for development in WordPress.
Collaborated closely with the dev team to implement designs in WordPress, ensuring responsive layouts and SEO-friendly architecture.
Integrated Google Analytics and set up tracking for high-intent pages (services, contact, etc.).
Worked with marketing to interpret traffic data, identify drop-off points, and make iterative improvements to calls-to-action and page structure.
