Worked on a project to create RoadWise, a mobile app aimed at helping commuters and road trippers avoid traffic congestion through real-time route insights and smart travel time recommendations. Unlike traditional navigation tools, RoadWise focused not just on directions—but on when and how to travel for the smoothest journey.

What I Did:
Led user research through surveys, interviews, and focus groups to understand driver frustrations with existing traffic and navigation apps.
Conducted competitive analysis of apps like Google Maps and Waze to identify feature gaps and experience pain points.
Defined key user personas and journey maps based on research findings.
Designed the end-to-end user experience, from onboarding to trip planning, with a focus on simplicity, clarity, and proactive guidance.
Created wireframes, interactive prototypes, and a visual design system tailored to mobile-first usage.

The Results Were Amazing:
Delivered a seamless, user-friendly app that offered smart travel time suggestions and real-time traffic updates.
Users no longer needed to juggle multiple apps RoadWise became their go-to navigation assistant.
The client was highly satisfied with the outcome, especially after positive user feedback highlighted increased confidence and reduced stress on the road.
